The Northland Innovation Campus is a true public-private partnership between the City of Gladstone, Mo., and CBC Real Estate Group and its tenants, North Kansas City Schools and Northwest Missouri State University.

Two premier regional education institutions came together to help make this project a reality. The 90,000 square-foot facility was completed in summer 2016 and is home to NKC School’s SAGE program. Northwest Missouri State has also relocated its Kansas City campus to the building’s top floor. NIC is in the heart of Gladstone’s downtown redevelopment at 69th & North Oak and across from The Heights apartments.

The development team consisted of CBC Real Estate Group (developer), Hoefer Wysocki Architects, McCownGordon Construction and BHC Rhodes Engineering.
