Hallbrook Country Club engaged CBC Real Estate Group as its Owner’s Representative to facilitate management of three significant projects in 2013. The projects were a renovation of the family dining room, remodel and 5,000 square-foot addition to the fitness center, indoor pool dining and tennis viewing area and reconstruction of the pool locker room building.
CBC’s services included working with the design team and club membership through design with NSPJ Architects, selection of A.L. Huber as Construction Manager and construction management of all three projects. These projects allowed Hallbrook to expand services to its membership as well as provide building maintenance. CBC’s oversight ensured they were completed on-time and on-budget in April 2013.
